Shakespeare’s play The Taming of the Shrew tells the fabrication of two daughters in which the eldest must get get married before the youngest. The minuscule Bianca has no deficiency of admirers (Gremio, Hortensio, and Lucentio), unless Baptista, her loving father, demands that she non bind until her shrewish sister Katherine becomes engaged.
